Evolve Recommended Use:
As an adult dietary supplement, mix 1 heaping scoop (5g max) with 4-8 ounces of water and consume 30 to 45 minutes prior to training. DO NOT EXCEED 3 servings in a 24 hour period. Exceeding the recommended dosage size or frequency will not increase the effects and may lead to negative side effects.
