SuperNova Recommended Use:
As an adult dietary supplement,mox one scoop (20 grams) with 6 ounces of water or your favorite beverage 30 to 60 minutes prior to exercise/athletic event. For advanced athletes, a second serving may be taken immediately following the event. On non-workout days, take one scoop immediately upon waking. SuperNova does contain stimulants and should not be taken at least six hours prior to bed.
