Kreation Recommended Use:
As an adult dietary supplement take 4 capsules 30 to 60 minutes prior to exercise/athletic event. On non-workout days, take 4 capsules immediately upon waking. Kreation does contain caffeine and should not be taken at least 6 hours prior to bed.
