Mutant Cre-X12 Recommended Use:
First 5 Days (Loading Phase): Take 2 servings daily, 1 in the morning when you wake up and the other immediately after your workout. On non-training days, have the first serving in the morning when you wake up, and the second serving 8 hours later.

Maintenance Phase:
Take 1 serving immediately after your workout. On non-training days, have your serving in the morning when you wake up.

Preparation:
