Vitamin E is a combination of eight different antioxidants with one standing out above the others because of its constant content in the body (Alpha-tocopherol ) and is the only form of vitamin E that is found in tissue and blood in large amounts. The purpose of vitamin E is to work as an antioxidant removing free radicals that form in the body from environmental pollutants and other toxins.
