Caffeine Tabs Recommended Use:
Take 1 quick release tablet 1-2 times daily 30 minutes before
breakfast and lunch or physical activity. Best results when taken every
day for at least four weeks consecutively.

pseudoephedrine or phenylpropanolamine (ingredients found in allergy,
asthma, cough/cold and weight control product's). Stop use and call a
health care professional immediately if dizziness, severe headache,
rapid and/or irregular heart beat, ches pain, shortness of breath,
nausea, tremor, nervousness, loss of appetite, sleeplessness,
noticeable changes in behavior or loss of consciousness occur.
